My OH tells me he had the same problem with a forum he's on recently and it just took a little while for it to work for everyone, something to do with DNS.

So hopefully it's just a matter of time til it's sorted for everyone thumb

Right folks, we may be getting sorted now! (phew!). It seems the hosting company had Gilly (Vexy) as the contact email address as she set up the hosting originally. Admin has rung the company and they said as Gilly was the contact she had to do it so now they are emailing Gilly and fingers crossed it will all be sorted soon.
