Lone young girl rat in Lincolnshire *special case*
Contact/organisation details: Lincoln Rat Rescue pm lincolnratrescue
Does the animal have rescue back up?: yes
Location: Helpringham, Lincs
Group:
Number of animals: 1
Type/Breed/Variety: fancy rat
Sex: f
Age(s): approx 6 -8 months
Name(s) Tuscany
Colours: pale champagne mismarked hoodie
Neutered:no
Reason for rehoming: handed in by rat owner
Temperament: has killed other rats, and does seem to fluff up a lot when near other girls. Not been tried with a castrated buck yet. She is nervous of hands, but really does love her human pals!! Seems to favour Neil over me (whats new? lol) but really does love her cuddles. We are bringing her on at her own pace.
Tuscany really does need an experienced owner who doesnt mind a bit of chomping, we really want to see her have some ratty pals, but we do realise this might not be possible. If you fancy a challenge with this little madam then you will have to convince us that you are prepared for some hard work and the possibility of having a lone girl if intros dont work out. As I said, she likes her humans and has not chomped us yet, so there really is hope for this little lady!
Medical problems: no
Will the group be split:
Transport available: yes as far as Sleaford or Boston, or I can get the train to Notts if a contribution towards train fare is made
Other: We are hoping to try her again with some doe kits this weekend, if she can be bonded with a pair, they will go as a 3 - and this thread will be updated. Please send good vibes to this little girl, we really don't want her to be alone!!

Re: Lone young girl rat in Lincolnshire *special case*
she's still huffing and puffing at other ratties, although we havent freeranged her with any young girls yet as we are still faffing about with the cages that Gayle brought over this morning!
fingers crossed we can get her some friends, Yappy brought some neutered boys over this afternoon so if the babies dont work out we are going to try her with the lads.
If she bonds with yappy's de-nads at least we can keep her here with some chums until she either gets adopted or becomes part of the furniture lol!!

bump! we know the fact that she's not super into other rats might put folk off - but she does love her humans, especially blokes!!!
If we cannot find a suitable home, she will stay here of course, but wanted to keep this thread open for a while just incase her mr right comes along!! lol!
