This is the problem. For some crazy reason the domain has been "suspended". Don't know if it's because of the high volume of emails being sent from the forum or what. Not happy with the hosting company, they're supposed to be "unlimited" (my ass!)

Admin has contacted the company but don't know if they've bothered to respond yet.

Are they an American company hun? If so they won't be doing anything til 1 or 2PM our time.

I think they are a UK branch of an american company. I'm worried though because read some horrible reviews of them, people saying they don't respond for ages and aren't helpful etc. Hope this doesn't last too long Crying or Very sad

Right folks, we may be getting sorted now! (phew!). It seems the hosting company had Gilly (Vexy) as the contact email address as she set up the hosting originally. Admin has rung the company and they said as Gilly was the contact she had to do it so now they are emailing Gilly and fingers crossed it will all be sorted soon.

I'm sure you've already considered this, but I'd suggest changing the contact email address once it's up and running again; to an email address that many of you have access to. If there is an admin email address for example, use that .. otherwise set one up, and just use it for that.
