Re: RHU Walk For Animals
hi,
the route goes down the M5 area which is where we know we dont have many volunteers ... what about wiggling around a bit depending on where ppl who want to take part can do?
or ppl walk a set distance around their local area etc.. and its added to the total mileage as if it was from G to LE ?
just a thought ...?

Re: RHU Walk For Animals
great idea accept there is gonna be a RHU trophy start to finish
heres an update i cross posted yesterday:
Just a little update really
6 people so far have emailed for application forms and sponsorship forms
Remember ANYONE can enter and raise money for any animal rescue or charity of
their choice, whether it be this forum or a rescue involved with this forum.
Several people are saying its too far from them. if thats the case still apply its free
and takes 5 minutes, but helps me to manage postcodes to get closer to people.
so remember if your not close still apply. this has the potential to raise thousands for
rescues and all money you raise goes to your animal rescue/charity.
so the more people the rescues get to do it, the more money they raise.
For any that are wondering 'whats the catch' and why arent i charging etc its simple
RHU gain more members and more publicity which then helps more people join the databases
for fostering homechecking and transport and then the more rescues will benefit.
it really is that easy so whether its half a mile hopping or 10 mile horse trek why not help rescues?
kathryngolightly@hotmail.co.uk for any of the emails that are bouncing
