Animals you have experiance with: Dogs - preferably gundogs (Springers, Cockers, Setters, Labs, Retrievers in particular) I have owned terriers and understand big dogs in small bodies and I have been very close with people who have owned Boxers, so I have an understanding of them. I would not be the ideal homechecker for guarding dogs or bull or giant breeds as I have no experience or good understanding of them.

How far are you able to travel? within Portsmouth, Cosham, Drayton, Farlington, Portchester, Waterlooville, Hambledon, Clanfield, Horndean but I am occasionally in Poole, Salisbury and Ockley in Surrey with work or family, so it might be possible if you need a hand in these areas occasionally.


any other info that may be helpful: I am passionate about helping rescue dogs into forever homes and I have always had rescue dogs myself, particularly Springers, Setters, Labs and Jack Russells. I can drive and have transport most days.

How far are you able to travel? Depends on the day - realistically I can travel within a 2-3 hr radius of Southampton for transport but would prefer to do homechecks within 30 mins of Southampton.
