Labrador Rescue Caithness And Scotland
Labrador Rescue Caithness and All Scotland.
We are an informal, voluntary benevolent group who rely heavily on the goodwill of our supporters.
Labrador Rescue have the backing of various professionals e.g. qualified dog trainers, behaviourists and other agencies to advise and guide us in our work.
We promote vaccination, worming, spaying, castration and micro-chipping. Please contact your local veterinary surgeon as some people are eligible for financial help. We also encourage owners to take their dogs to training classes, which are informative as well as being great fun for both dog and owner.
Kanemere Dog Training An obedient dog is a happy dog.
All dogs are carefully vetted as are the homes that wish to adopt them. Before re-homing a dog the animals history and energy levels are taken into consideration and we do our best to match-make the perfect dog and home.
In an ideal world it is less stressful to rehome a dog from a home to a home. However we do have a limited number of foster homes who will help us in an emergency.
Many people have baked for us to sell at small events in the past. Our biggest outing so far was a small table at the Canisbay Show where we had a great day and raised not only money but also our profile in the county.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have supported us. Your generosity of time put into baking, donating prizes and fostering for us as well as monetary donations is very much appreciated.
All money raised goes towards the welfare of dogs while they are in our care - veterinary checkups, worming, food etc.
Any dog in our care will be treated as one of our own.
