Do you know of anyone who can take a neutered female, who is not feral but really doesn't like to be indoors. She was found at a school with flystrike, after an operation to remove three dead and rotten kittens she is doing really well, but she really hates the pen.
Would really suit a stable or very large garden. I will get some pictures of her as soon as possible. I dont thing the vet took any photos, but she said it was a really horrible operation due to the putrified bodies and all the maggots, she must have been a lot of pain.

This girl deserves a really lovely home to make up for her horrible experience. And we at RHU have the means to find that loving garden home.

Please can someone give up their garden to her, just a warm bed in a shed or her own little cat house, and two healthy meals a day. That's all we ask.

Please help.

She just needs a garden and two meals a day, I will help you start her off, please someone help her, having a feral in your garden is so easy. I am on the third floor so of course, no garden. x

Of course, I would do a homevisit anyway, and I am sure it will cascade down to other animal lovers.

Thanks Debbie, xxx

I work with a lovely lady who adores cats and now only has 2 of her own, both female. I think she would probably help if I ask her but she is in Preston Lancs which is sooo far away. What do you think?

As you know Mary, no distance is too far if there is a loving home at the end of it for an animal. Please speak to her with my blessing. And thanks. x

Have spoken to Jane and she sounds lovely, I will be doing the homecheck at the same time as delivery as it is such a distance to travel. But Jane's description of the cats new life-to-be sounds lovely.

It would be nice if a rescue in that area Manchester would act as backup in case they need any advice or help in the future with trapping her, etc. It sounds unlikely this will be needed but always worth having a Plan B. xx

Yay, thanks to Mary Homer this little girl went to her new home yesterday Saturday. She is a sweet little thing, after all the handling, op, etc, turned out friendly. Must have once apon a time been a pet. Just a wee be unsure and nervous but likes people. Hope she settles in well. Her new home is in a large garden and semi in a small village.

Lauren

Mods can you leave this open for now, I have a photo to download from mobile and email to Abbie to put on this thread if she will not mind.
