The boys are still waiting and the home for a pair of girls looks to have fallen through. The home for a trio of girls is still looking promising.

Hi Stuart,

Thank you for your enquiry. Mice are pretty fast and do like to climb all over you. However, they do not bite. I would say they were more suited to older children but responsible 8+ year olds should be ok. I really recommend the All About Mice website and forums for more information about mice.

I must admit that I'd recommend rats over mice for older children's pets just for the fact that they are a lot slower than mice.

Sorry for the delayed reply, we have been away for a few days.

The home lined up for a trio females has turned in to a home for a pair. We just need to confirm transport arrangements.

Sadly one of the remaining girls has developed a fast growing inoperable tumour in her groin and so is no longer available for rehoming. The two remaining girls will stay here as her companions until her time comes.

Nothing for the boys.

Not sure if that was clear before but to confirm we still have 13 male mice (living as a group of 11 and a pair) and 2 female mice looking for homes. A further two females are reserved pending transport.

The two reserved females have now gone to their new home. The pair of males have been split up as they were fighting. So that's two single males, a group of 11 males and a pair of females still looking.
