Our vets monthy walk in the park for CCUK&MR
Once a month Ivan the vet at Vets4Pets Maidstone organises a dog walk, the walk is great for socialising dogs, Ivan will administer first aid if needed & all the dogs get to wear a bandanna. Each walker donates a pound (or more), Ivan then matches the amount raised and all the proceeds go towards the Cane Corso UK and Molosser Rescue vet bills.
We went on the first walk last month & it was great, lots of happy dogs of all shapes & sizes, sensible owners & all were so well behaved. If you are in the area & able to join us please come along & bring your wellies if you want a paddle with your dogs.
Please click here for map & more info

The vet hands out the bandannas so that we can all keep an eye on the dogs with the walk. You get a lovely walk, dogs get socialised & you get a bandanna too & all for just a pound.............Not bad me thinks

What a brilliant idea.

Smashing idea.
Although off topic do you know where your lovely vet gets the bandanas made? I need some for a local initiative.

Re: Our vets monthy walk in the park for CCUK&MR
Here's some pics that Soraya took

Ivan the vet was over the moon & said it was the best turn out ever, he took just over £50, so once he matched it that made just over £100 off our vet bill & he even clipped Bow's (ex rescue) nails for free
We are planning on getting more & more on the walk & aim to bankrupt him
I will post the date for next months walk when I have the details
