how to resize photobucket pics to put on rhu?

Can anybody tell me how I get photos on photobucket to come onto the forum at a reasonable size. I have resized them to Small but they still come on the forum large! duh

Thank you Jod...bit thick as far as photos are concerned and it's all trial and error...just want to know how to do it properly.
