Facebook and other links?

Is there any way to add a Facebook (or bebo etc) to the forum so specific threads or posts can be ported across? Would be good for appeals.lots and stolen dogs, that kind of thing? So if you clicked on the FB icon, the post your reading appears in your feed?

I think this will probably only be possible after the forum moves from the free host to it's own private hosting. Good suggestion!
